Connect – Outsider Art

From 21 June to 17 August in the Round Tower, the Art School for Mentally Challenged Adults will present more than 250 fascinating and thought-provoking works, which will evoke awe and wonder. The exhibition Connect – Outsider Art shows similarities and differences in works created by the mentally challenged. Are there certain common features? Or are the works totally unique?

They are the works of the school’s ten students and five invited fellow artists: Paulus de Groot from Holland, Mattias Johansson from Sweden, Rubén Cabanillas and Jorge Bermejo from Spain, and Kenneth Rasmussen from Randers (Denmark).
